✨ Join us ✨

This workshop is based on my research article titled ‘The Role of the Vagus Nerve in Speaking and Singing’. This research paper was published by Routledge in Voice and Speech Review, an academic, peer-reviewed journal and will present the outcomes of the literature review process.

There will be two segments: The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to a presentation through which we will dive into the topic of the vagus nerve and its role in vocalisation, respiration, and the nervous system, explaining details that are often misinterpreted. The second part of the workshop will focus on helpful and atypical practical exercises that can be immediately used in daily life. Every participant will have an opportunity to learn about the vagus nerve, restore balance in the body, release unwanted tensions, (re)connect with authentic sounds, and explore the connection between the human voice and internal somatic processes.

✨ ALL WELCOME ✨
