Join me for a transformative series of monthly Zoom voice workshops where we delve into the sounds of the Indian scale (Saptak) and their connection to the body’s energy centres. Each session focuses on a specific swar (note) and its unique qualities, exploring how it can open and strengthen your voice while deepening your connection to inner energy and creativity.
Through guided movement, chant, vocal improvisation, and an understanding of the energetic qualities of each swar, you’ll learn to:
- Expand and open your voice.
- Align and energize the body’s chakra system.
- Strengthen your awareness of sound and its healing potential.
- Experience the interplay of sound, energy, and movement as pathways to greater self-expression.

Monthly Focus:
- February 9th: Sa – The root, grounding, and stability. Connecting to the Muladhara (Root Chakra).
- March 9th: Re – Creativity, flow, and flexibility. Linked to the Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra).
- April 27th: Ga – Confidence and self-expression. Tied to the Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra).
- May 11th: Ma – Compassion and balance. Exploring the Anahata (Heart Chakra).
- June 15th: Pa – Communication and resonance. Activating the Vishuddha (Throat Chakra).
- July 6th: Dha – Insight and intuition. Opening the Ajna (Third Eye Chakra).
- September 14th: Ni – Transcendence and spiritual connection. .
- November 9th: Sa – Completing the cycle with unity and wholeness, Aligning with the Sahasrara (Crown Chakra).
