Carers Create is a wonderful project for anyone in East Kent experiencing memory loss or dementia.
Carers and cared for can come together to create new joyous moments through song, drumming and making things.
There are 4 groups; Canterbury Songbirds, Herne Bay Seaview Singers, Margate Seaside Singers and Deal Skylarkers.
