Our Singing Mamas session is a friendly and relaxed women’s singing group – if you have children, they are welcome too. A soft space with gentle toys and books is set up in the centre of our circle for the little ones.

No previous singing experience is necessary, as all music is learned by ear – all voices are very welcome! We sing because it feels good. It lifts our spirits and fosters connection and community. And after the singing there’s always time for a cuppa, cake, and a chat.

Singing in a group has so many well-being benefits especially during the peri-natal period. It’s proven to stimulate the production of feel good chemicals, like endorphins, and oxytocin, and to reduce stress hormones.
