Spend a full day (10am-4pm) singing contemporary pop / rock / gospel songs in big, acappella harmonies with celebrated Musical Directors Craig McLeish (Young Voices UK / Milton Keynes Community Choir) and Abi Moore (Totally Vocally / Crazy Little Sing Called Pub.)

No need to read music – you’ll learn all songs by ear. Acappella choirs / vocal groups will also get the chance to perform at the end of the day, onstage at this stunning venue, for professional feedback / advice.

About Craig McLeish

Craig McLeish has been Musical Director of Young Voices UK for 24 years, bringing large school choirs to sing together in arenas across the UK with live band and solo artists. He has directed many of the UK’s top artists including Beverley Knight, Tony Hadley, Candy Staton, Mavis Staples, Alexandra Burke, Miss Dynamite, Katie Melua, Lemar, Heather Small, and many more. As MD of the Young Voices band he has sold out the O2 Arena 81 times, 50 times more than the next most featured band, Take That.

Craig is the director of the Milton Keynes Community Choir, Milton Keynes Youth Choir and the MK Sweet Sound choir, which was founded to help commemorate the 250th anniversary of Amazing Grace. He is gaining a reputation as an innovative and energising workshop leader for team building and staff engagement activities. Recently working with school trusts, guest choirs and the Association of British Choral Directors.

About Abi Moore

Abi Moore is a Choir Director, Workshop Leader and Acappella Arranger based in Nottingham. She is Musical Director for her choir Totally Vocally, and she founded Crazy Little Sing Called Pub, which runs monthly in the city. Abi enjoys making split-screen videos for her globally-popular acappella arrangements, which receive thousands of views on her Acapella With Abi YouTube channel.

She was Guest Soloist with Choir Invisible, performing at the Notre Dame Cathedral and the UNESCO headquarters in Paris for the inauguration of Archbishop Desmond Tutu’s Bilbao Peace Prize in 2012.

In 2017, she led a small group of singers on tour with Prince tribute band the New Purple Celebration, performing live at venues such as the Royal Concert Hall and Albert Hall. She took Totally Vocally to New York to sing in front of 3,000 people at the Lincoln Center with Deke Sharon in 2018, singing with stars from the Pitch Perfect films, Pentatonix and Voice Play. They also performed with Gareth Malone at a sold out Nottingham Playhouse in November 2022, invited by Gareth to be his on-stage choir for the Nottingham leg of his UK tour. She has recently completed a course in Innovative Choirleading at the Royal Academy of Music in Denmark, under the tutelage of Jim Daus Hjernoe, Peder Karlsson and Jesper Holm.
