This Online Retreat will provide you with the tools that will support your wellbeing, will guide you towards getting to know your true self, and will inspire you to be confident about what you want and what you long for.

To unleash your true voice it is important to create balance within. Therefore we will be working on all 4 different bodies – the physical body, the emotional body, the mental body and the spiritual body. Balancing these bodies is the roadmap to our true being and the key to a wholesome life experience.

Awaken your true self and your highest potential through dance, movement, sounding, singing, meditation, creative drawing, and nurture your physical body with delicious recipes!

The Programme

All sessions will be hosted live on Zoom.
Session duration may vary between 60 to 90 minutes.

10:00 – 11:00 (BST)
Awakening the body through dance and movement
Starting the day with an energising practice to release all the physical and emotional blocks that lie in your body. It is a great source of life-force energy and a wonderful opportunity to set yourself free.

13:00 – 14:00 (BST)
Creative workshop
This is a practical session that will stimulate the mental body in a healthy way through creativity and mindfulness. We will be uncovering our passions, desires and natural skills as well as creating a mind map for our true soul’s calling.

16:00 – 17:00 (BsT)
Healing voice session
A beautiful practice to connect with your inner voice, to listen and accept all the aspects of yourself. Using sounding, singing and movement we will initiate a self-healing process and soothe our hearts.
