Online training, support & networking weekend for leaders of singing groups & community choirs providing inspiration, ideas & refreshment led by James Sills, Frankie Armstrong and Pauline Down
We are thinking of this as a prelude to the 14th ‘Carry it On’ residential weekend that will now happen in 2022, date tbc.
We will focus on:
Connection & Joy! Sharing experience, skills, ideas, inspiration, passion and, of course, songs in order to develop and nurture our work as singing leaders in these uncertain and often challenging times.
We will explore:
How to navigate choppy waters together whilst looking to the future.
The cost covers two mornings of workshops plus small break out group sessions.
We are also offering the opportunity to book a mentoring session with one of the facilitators on one of the afternoons. Cost £20.
If cost is a barrier, you can apply for a bursary place via the booking form.
Booking: Please email Pauline to request a booking form. Your place will then be secured on payment of the full £80 fee. Payment deadline: 23rd April, after which there will be no refunds.
Some feedback from Carry It On residentials:
‘I’m going home buzzing with ideas and confidence’ ‘highly skilled facilitation …please keep on Carrying It On, the ripples go on and on!’
‘I am going back with so many new ideas and a great new network of colleagues’
‘So great to sing and talk with my peer group. My batteries feel recharged’
