The venue is in Chester City centre and is accessible with a lift to the first floor rooms. There is a blue badge car park behind Frodsham St. The bus station (which serves the Park and Ride services) is 3 minutes walk and the railway station is 10 minutes walk. There are several bike rack to the side of the building. The closest public car park is above the neighboring Tesco store.
