Further information:

The lovely Katie Rose will lead our singing – Katie runs choirs and workshops across London (and you might have seen her at Sing for Water). She teaches in a relaxed and inclusive style.

So join us for a friendly, just-for-fun session of harmony singing. All humans are welcome at these LGBTQIA+ (and allies) singing evenings. There’s no need to read music, all songs are taught by ear. No auditions, no performances, no commitment required. We just sing for fun: spirited songs, fun ditties and rounds, and inspirational songs, nothing complicated. We genuinely welcome lesbian, gay, bi, trans*, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual people and our allies. We meet in a lovely venue, the Westminster Quaker Meeting House, which resonates with calmness and peace.

The main access for the venue is in the (well-lit) side alley, Hop Gardens, between Cote Brasserie and Gymbox off St Martin’s Lane. Level access is available from the “front door” on St Martin’s Lane – phone us from outside (07800 895 371) so we can open the door, ideally in advance so we know to expect you. We are usually in a room with level access, but occasionally need to move upstairs (no lift) so please let us know in advance if you have any access requirements.

If you would like to come and sing your heart out, but are feeling a bit nervous, get in touch beforehand and we’ll do what we can to help you over the threshold 🙂 You’ll definitely feel better after a good sing!

Cost: £10 cash on the door. No need to pre-book but you’re welcome to get in touch beforehand – leave a message here or email sing@many-voices.co.uk.
