“Move Your Voice!” is an 8-week closed group, meeting every Wednesday evening in person in Lewes.
This is a supportive space to dive deeply into an exploration of your own voice, slowly unravelling the stories and assumptions that may limit and restrict a more satisfying vocal experience.
On this journey, we begin with the physical and week by week slowly include the emotional, mental and soulful to support a more well-rounded, holistic internal experience and one that more deeply connects us to each other.
