Further information:

A fabulous opportunity to work creatively  with the Alexander Technique in relation to singing and  vocalising.

We will explore how releasing tension patterns frees and expands your voice and maximises vocal performance. We will explore how singing and vocalising  can be enhanced through changing our awareness/ focus, through releasing, and by addressing how we use our bodies… by ‘doing less’ to ‘gain more’!

We will work to optimise the central support system of body and enhance the suspension of the larynx, lungs and diaphragm, to improve our vocal performance.

Experiential Alexander Technique-based release work, gentle movement, stretching, guided visualisations, talk-throughs, fun…and more…  Work in stillness (lying on the floor) and in movement, whilst singing, speaking, sounding….(Please have a small pile of paper backed books available to use as a head rest, whilst lying in the floor).

A nourishing and insightful day not to be missed!

Cost for the workshop is on a ‘pay-what-you-can’ basis (usual cost £95), via BACS transfer or :
