Sing for your Sleep is an online 6-week course using the voice that will support you to wind down, let go of stress and approach bedtime with a deeper sense of wellbeing and connection to yourself.
Singing has many proven physical benefits, including respiratory and cardiac function, strengthening the immune system and lowering stress levels. But did you know that scientists have also found it can help improve your quality of sleep?
In these sessions we will explore how we can nurture our awareness and use of this wonderful, freely available tool inside – our voice – to deepen the quality of rest we have at night, in turn supporting our daily lives to be more easeful and flowing.
You don’t need to have any experience of singing, everyone is welcome to join what will be a gentle and joyful exploration into your voice and your quality of repose.
Sessions will run online on WEDNESDAY evenings for up to an hour and include a weekly support email after the session.
