An opportunity for singing-group-leaders to explore how the way you use your body affects your ability to sing and breathe optimally. The focus will be on exploring the breath and looking for ways to deepen and expand one’s natural ability to breathe freely. Gentle, practical Alexander Technique-based release work within a small group, gentle stretches, sounding, singing simply anatomy and embryological stories about the development of the lungs and diaphragm and how this affects our ability to breath – for better or for worse!!. All welcome.
