Greenhouse Theatre Project presents Dark Side of the Moon: the Mary Shelley Project
created by Emily Adams and Rebecca Taylor Sharman
with music from Loudmouth Women choir, Clay Chorus and Village Voices, conductor Kate Barfield
1816: the year with no summer. As torrential rain and thunder storms bellow around the mountains of Switzerland, a young and ambitious Mary Shelley is inspired.. Join us at the magnificent Bethesda Chapel as we delve into the destructive world of Mary, her lover Percy and step-sister Claire, as she wrestles to create her gothic thriller, Frankenstein. Ambition, rebellion and love can only sustain them for so long; will her creation prove to be her downfall?
