This weekend is a deep exploration of the human spirit through voice and sound. According to Eastern Tantric Philosophy, the Universe is made up of masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti) energies that infuse all things. The energies of giving and receiving exist within each of us in varying amounts. We will utilise practices such as chant, mantra, free voice, bodywork, movement, ritual, improvisation, song and much more to connect with these different aspects of ourselves and align with our highest potential. This Divine Union can then be experienced as a cooperative dance rather than an opposing one. No vocal experience required. Gavin has more than 20 years experience of working with sound and supporting individuals to find their true voice.
