This workshop will present the findings from one of my research studies called ‘The Effect of Vagus Nerve Stimulation on Voice’. There will be two segments: The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to the research findings. The second part of the workshop will be focused on practical exercises such as physical/vocal warm-ups, guided meditation and breathwork, and specific poses addressing the vagus nerve. Every participant will have an opportunity to learn about the vagus nerve, the benefits of natural vagus nerve stimulation, restore balance in the body, explore authentic sounds, and release unwanted tensions.
