*Addressing Breath as part of a warm-up, and
exploring the ins and outs of ‘Taking a deep breath’ efficiently.
An invaluable workshop for singing group leaders and anyone interested in ‘what happens before a group starts launching into singing repertoire.’ Material will be drawn from many years of teaching both singing groups and also the Alexander Technique.
Refreshments provided. Please bring a bottle of water & lunch to share (pot-luck style).
