Tembre de Carteret:
Tembre is hosting the We May Sing Zoom events from her home is County Clare.
Tembre has been leading men, women and children in song in Ireland for 19 years. As a singer she feels blessed that she has been able to have music as her passion and her job. Her roles are as a choir leader, community musician, mentor, early years music educator and performer. Tembre leads in a natural organic way, creating a safe, held and fun space, inclusive of heart and exploration. Tembre has a love and passion for singing, easy melodies and harmonies that is accessible able to all. She will be hosting this event for us all from her home in County Clare where she lives with her family.

Fran Andre:
Fran is a choir leader and singer working in the South West. She loves all styles of music but particularly music of black origin including Soul, Gospel, African, Funk and Motown. She leads the Soul of the City Gospel Choir in Exeter, and Connecting Voices Community Choir in Dartington. As of May 2020 these have both successfully moved online to Zoom, and are embracing the limitations of online singing with grace but also creativity! Fran is finding that although it is not possible to sing online all at the same time with the time delay issues, there are definitely ways to engage a group in singing, and some benefits to be had. Singers have reported a sense of satisfaction at the challenge of learning to be more self reliant holding their parts on their own at home. There is also the big bonus that the choirs through meeting on Zoom are staying connected socially with one another during this time.

Karly Loveling:
Karly Loveling has a passion for bringing heart and song together in harmony. She is part of the Ubuntu Choirs Network, leading songs through Singing Heart Choir, the Hummingbirds Girls Choir a Vocal Improv Lab, special classes and events in Eugene, Oregon, as well as gatherings such as Singing Alive, Song Village, and Singing on the Edge. Karly sings and writes songs for her own joy and sanity, community building, growing girls, women’s circles, babies, dying friends, people grieving, and anyone who will listen or join in.
