The Winter Solstice is the peak of winter and the longest night of the year. This is a special opportunity to celebrate the return of the light and to set our intentions for the year ahead. We will dive wholeheartedly into ourselves through the power of chant and mantra, raising our voices together as a community at this auspicious time in our calendar. No vocal experience required. Chanting sacred sounds and mantras has the potential to relax the mind, bring inner peace and release blocked emotions.
