During this unique and immersive experience you will quickly learn simple melodies and harmonies of beautiful songs in a friendly, group atmosphere. The workshop will take place in the glasshouse cafe where we can keep warm by the logburner whilst looking out to the gardens on a beautiful winter’s morning. Guided by singer and vocal coach, Janice M, participants will sing a cappella whilst being inspired by nature, creating a memorable and shared experience.
The Winter Wild Singing Workshop will include fun engaging warm-ups through to good vocal techniques, which you can apply long after leaving the event. It is an experience is for singers of all abilities, including complete beginners, and will be taught by ear with no experience of reading music necessary. Your song lyrics will be provided on beautiful bespoke designed postcards for you to keep. Wild Singing is all about being inspired by the great outdoors and feeling good.
Tea or coffee will be served on arrival, finishing with a hearty seasonal soup and hunk of sourdough bread for lunch, all included as part of the workshop. Participants are welcome to wander round the gardens before and after the workshop.
