We aim to support people to learn Welsh through learning and singing songs in Welsh.  Everybody is welcome whatever your level of Welsh. The atmosphere is relaxed and we have tea and biscuits in the break.

Every 3rd Saturday of the month, 11am until 1pm.

A vibrant and fun community choir in Cirencester with up to 30 singers. We sing songs from across the globe in 3 – 5 part harmony. No reading music skills needed. We love working towards a performance and aim to perform 2 or 3 times a year locally and occasionally attend Big Sings in Stroud or Bristol.

Wednesday Evening 7.30pm-9pm (term time)

Cowgill School House, upper Dentdale, Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria

You are welcome to join our group of singers from Dent and Dentdale in the Yorkshire Dales who meet every two weeks for a couple of hours of singing round the fire in the Cowgill School House – not too far from Dent Station (but a long way away from anywhere else.)

I teach a variety of West Gallery carols, seasonal songs, arrangements of folk songs, wassailing songs…we tend to meet in the winter months. I send recordings of the harmony parts and scores for the songs in advance to singers for home study.

We also join the Community Orchard group in Dentdale for a day of Wassailing the apple trees in January, and join Lakeland Voices at the Dent Folk Carols weekend in the village of Dent at the beginning of December.

The Hub at Cramlington, Forum Way, Cramlington, Northumberland, NE23 6YB

A friendly choir for residents of Cramlington and surrounding areas. There is no audition or voice test and no need to be able to read music. Many of our members have never sung in a choir before, so please don’t let that put you off. We work towards small performances in the community, singing a variety of genres of music from traditional to more modern and lots in between.

Wednesday evenings.
Arrive from 7pm and enjoy the singing between 7:30pm and 9:00pm.
