Find a choir or singing group

On this page you can search for a choir or singing group by its name or by location.

If you are searching in the UK, click on “By location” and select “United Kingdom”, and you will then be able to narrow down your search by postcode. Alternatively you can zoom in on the map.

If you are searching for a member who is outside the UK, you will be able to search by country.

Then click on the button to initiate the search. You will then get an outline of the choirs and singing groups which match your search and you’ll be able to view full details. Please use these to contact any choirs that you’re interested in.

If you need to contact the NVN, rather than an individual choir, you can do so by emailing admin@naturalvoice.net

Hampstead Singing Group

Location

The Vestry, Christ Church, Hampstead Square, Hampstead, London NW3 1AB

Description

The Hampstead Singing Group is a warm, inclusive, mixed ability choir of between 10 and 16 people. We do a wide range of songs from around the globe, some written &/or arranged by people who are part of the Natural Voice Network.  We usually do at least one well known pop sing per term, as well as many other fun, beautiful, moving songs.

We are a very friendly choir, and there is no need to be able to read music. We are lucky enough to sing in the vestry at Christ Church Hampstead, which is a great space with a gorgeous acoustic within a beautiful church that sits on one of the highest points in London; the spire can be seen for miles around. All are welcome.

Session times

Mondays 2pm to 3.30pm

Handfuls of Harmony

Location

St Francis Church, North Street, Bristol BS3 2AN

Description

We are a friendly, inclusive, adult community choir that meet in BS3 Bristol.  No auditions, no prior experience, no ability to read music required. We sing in four part harmony, a cappella style and have fun singing different genres of songs in a relaxed and encouraging environment. We perform as an adult choir in spring and autumn concerts at St Paul’s Church, Southville, when we also enjoy coming together with our local primary school choirs.

New members are welcome to come and give us a try at the beginning of our terms. Please see our website for full details.

Handfuls of Harmony was set up by the South West Cooperative Learning Trust in 2013 as a way of giving primary school children more opportunities to sing, as well as the chance to perform alongside their teachers and parents at our concerts. The adult choir has grown alongside our work with the schools and is now a thriving community choir of approx. 40 singers.
