Find a choir or singing group

On this page you can search for a choir or singing group by its name or by location.

If you are searching in the UK, click on “By location” and select “United Kingdom”, and you will then be able to narrow down your search by postcode. Alternatively you can zoom in on the map.

If you are searching for a member who is outside the UK, you will be able to search by country.

Then click on the button to initiate the search. You will then get an outline of the choirs and singing groups which match your search and you’ll be able to view full details. Please use these to contact any choirs that you’re interested in.

If you need to contact the NVN, rather than an individual choir, you can do so by emailing admin@naturalvoice.net

Harmony in the Hills

Location

Mayfair Community Centre, Easthope Road, Church Stretton, Shropshire, SY6 6BL

Description

A thriving community choir, Harmony in the Hills is the new name for Stretton Community Singers. Based in Church Stretton the group rehearses on Thursday evenings throughout the year. The choir sings a wide array of music in harmony, including songs from a range of cultures, which we do our best to learn respectfully in accordance with the NVN ethos. We also sing early music, popular songs and specially arranged and composed pieces.

We are often asked to perform at local events and are always on the look out for opportunities where we can enjoy singing in partnership with community groups who are more marginalised and/or isolated. Members range from experienced musicians to people who never, ever thought they could sing. New singers are always very welcome and there are discounts available for family groups who want to come along to sing together.
