Antrim Community Choir is a vibrant and welcoming choir in Antrim town.  This fun and inclusive choir has been singing together for over ten years.

The choir has grown up performing in many interesting places in Northern Ireland.  They have commemorated Suffragettes with a wonderful musical play, performed with established musicians here in NI, raised money for many charities and have just completed a story telling and song writing project in the Glens of Antrim.

A fun, friendly, mixed choir singing songs from all over the world, all taught by ear. Exciting and exhilarating global and glorious songs in close harmonies. No previous experience needed. Join our choir on Wednesday evenings in the beautiful and spacious St Swithin’s Church, Bath, led by Jane Harris. Expect a warm welcome and rewarding singing sessions filled with a wide variety of songs, rich harmonies, infectious fun and moments of stillness. There are no auditions and there is no need to read music – Jane teaches all the songs and harmonies by ear.

We combine with the Bradford on Avon Songways choir for performances in beautiful venues including Bath Abbey.

We relish the energy, vibrancy and variety of the songs we sing in Songways and are excited by the way singing in harmony can take us into different sound worlds. Jane plays the violin and we love to collaborate with other instrumental musicians for some of our songs – including guitar and bouzouki. Singing with Songways is also a chance to develop your voice, increasing range and resonance, and exploring new singing styles.

A friendly choir for residents of Bedlington and surrounding areas. There is no audition or voice test and no need to be able to read music. Many of our members have never sung in a choir before, so please don’t let that put you off. We work towards small performances in the community, singing a variety of genres of music from traditional to more modern and lots in between.

Monday evenings between 7:00pm and 8:30pm.
