Find a choir or singing group

On this page you can search for a choir or singing group by its name or by location.

If you are searching in the UK, click on “By location” and select “United Kingdom”, and you will then be able to narrow down your search by postcode. Alternatively you can zoom in on the map.

If you are searching for a member who is outside the UK, you will be able to search by country.

Then click on the button to initiate the search. You will then get an outline of the choirs and singing groups which match your search and you’ll be able to view full details. Please use these to contact any choirs that you’re interested in.

If you need to contact the NVN, rather than an individual choir, you can do so by emailing admin@naturalvoice.net

Lleisiau Preseli Voices

Location

Canolfan Hermon Community Resource Centre, Hermon, Pembs, SA36 0DT

Description

Lleisiau Preseli Voices is a natural voice community choir set in the beautiful Preseli hills in Pembrokeshire. The group is inclusive and welcoming and aims to build a strong singing community where you can embody your musicality, indulge your innate human need to groove and get to know a fine bunch of people all at the same time.

We sing in harmony and a capella – without instrumental accompaniment – embracing a broad spectrum of music: Blues, gospel, funk, pop and folk from all over the world, including songs from right here in Wales.

This group is open to absolutely everyone, all ages, races, genders and walks of life, from experienced singers to those who have never been in a singing group. Together we will sing songs that will soothe and uplift, put a tap in your toes and a smile on your lips- singing is your birthright, so step in and claim it.

The group is led by Maya Waldman, a local community musician with 15 years experience getting people singing with joy and confidence. For the past 8 years she has led Sweet Harmony, a 50-strong choir in Carmarthen.
