In this practice, you’ll feel fully present and connected to yourself and others, just like when we were innocent children.

Voices in Motion is all about discovering more joy in the way we move and express ourselves.

It combines voice, movement, mindfulness, and improvisation to help you feel freer, more present, and more alive.
