I teach groups and individuals. I am an expert in singing with people with dementia.
I am a conceptual artist working across painting, poetry, video and voice. I have qualifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), the Alexander Technique and creative writing.
I offer creative conversations on the art of change.
I trained with Frankie Armstrong and have been running singing groups since 1995. I am a founding member of the Network.
I’m committed to adding to the evidence base for the health and social benefits of singing; to this end I completed an MSc in Dementia Studies in 2014. My dissertation evaluated the effect of a regular singing group on the social wellbeing of people with dementia and their carers. I sing regularly with people with dementia at Darnall Dementia Group’s day centre.
I am learning to be a clown.
