Location

I am based in NW Oxfordshire in a small village called Finstock, near the town of Charlbury

Specialisms

I run community singing groups/choirs/bands, and perform/write folk music for choirs/bands.

Additional information

I have run various singing groups over the last 25 years and worked as music director for a disability theatre company. I currently work teaching traumatised children singing/piano in a school and I also work as co-ordinator of a lunch club for older people.

I co-lead a community choir called ‘Evenlode Voices’ with singer/songwriter, Jenny Larsen, and I lead a band called the Finstock Festival Band which plays at local events and play with an Oxford based band, Kismet.

One of my main areas of work which I have been developing is writing and creating events around the Celtic Wheel of the Year. In 2022 I managed all 8 festivals, involving local singers and musicians coming together to make music, eat, dance. In 2023 I am planning to run 4 seasonal festival events.

I am also available for day workshops where we travel around the wheel visiting each moment with song, poetry, crafts and shared thoughts.
