I am a singer, songwriter, performer  and creative practitioner, one of the founder members of Zion Train politically active sound system cooperative. I have written and arranged music since the early 1980’s, worked with musicians and singers from across the globe and founded One Voice Choir in 2005 to celebrate my love of international harmonies and rhythms. I was one of the founders of Narberth A Cappella Voice Festival in 2008 and continue to run singing groups with veterans, Stroke survivors and my local community.

I have been practising natural voice and ethnomusicology since attending a workshop with Frankie Armstrong in 1983, although I only joined the Natural Voice Network in 2018.
