I am a Creative Voice Practitioner supporting voice for individuals, for theatre, and choirs.
I am a highly qualified and experienced Voice Coach specialising in creative vocal practice and extended voice. I work holistically in one-to-one voice sessions, and large scale creative settings, such as theatre or community projects. My choir the RAMshackle Wailers started in 2021, and we are always looking for local creative performance opportunities. Two or three times a year I run singing walks locally combining history or local interest with song. I am currently very involved in special education and am comfortable working with neuro diversity and special needs.
The RAMshackle Wailers is a mixed community choir focusing on local gigs and looking for creative opportunities. We write songs and poetry for local events like the jigsaw fest and the black pudding fest, and we are key players in the Chatterton Weavers Memorial Committee.
We do sing using dots as we are most happy singing quite tricky material, both pop and folk in equal measure. Some people choose not to use the dots and learn at their own pace and that is great! I work in special needs so consider neuro-diversity to be well catered for and anyone can sing any or all the parts so it’s very easy to accommodate those who want to sing an easier part or the tune. You can sing in any octave…however you identify!
