Singing for mindfulness and well-being.
I have always used singing to support my own well-being, now more than ever.
I seek to combine all the proven benefits of singing with the benefits of mindfulness – the two work in complete harmony and are such natural partners.
I am a qualified Teacher and have undertaken further study in Mindfulness and Sound Therapy. I have also completed my Certificate in Song Therapy.
The sessions are an opportunity to pause and re-connect with your body, mind and voice. They will provide you with songs to use as a resource for your own well-being.
