I am a creative health practitioner with an NHS background.

I run Singing Mamas Crouch End, a day time group for women where babies and young children are welcome.

I also run The Natural Sing, an evening group for singing for wellbeing. We sing for an hour then have a cup of tea together. I teach the songs by ear and there is no sheet music or auditions.

I also lead singing sessions in care homes.

Singing Mamas Crouch End
Description

Singing Mamas is in Crouch End! Please join us at at Hornsey Vale Community Centre on Tuesdays at 10am.

Your first session is free. To sign up please fill in this google form.

No experience is required. We learn the songs by ear and all women including those with experience living as female are welcome, with or without children.

We sing for an hour then have some tea and cake.

Singing Mamas empowers women to improve their wellbeing by creating song sharing communities. We believe in a world in which everyone sings and where singing brings people together and nourishes community.

The Natural Sing
Description

We sing together outside, connecting with the Earth and with each other. The songs are simple with beautiful harmonies, all taught by ear. No musical experience required. You were born to sing!
