I lead regular community singing and creative arts groups – Sydenham Singers, London Irish Community Voices, The Befrienders & Voices in Motion (as part of Trinity Laban’s Inspired not Tired programme of arts activities for people over 60), ChelWest Singers (Chlesea Westminster Trust’s staff choir).

I am a Singing and Health practitioner working with people with Lung Health and Chronic Pain conditions  and am involved in research in both. I also mentor early career practitioners and students in group singing facilitation.
