I am a biodynamic body psychotherapist who works with embodiment and vocal sound. My practice is in Cambridge.

I work alongside the rhythms, synergy and sounds in the body-mind relationship, through connecting with these natural resources in our body. If you like the sound of this approach then working with vocal sound and body work may be for you.

This consistent focus of my work over many years has assisted vocalists to release tensions and holding patterns in the body, which in turn helps to liberate the voice to speak and sing.

I have been a vocal coach for more than 20 years. I work with the complexities that can arise with vocal expression, and hold regular workshops in embodiment and sound exploring sound in the body-mind relationship.
