I lead and coordinate open access short workshops, full day sessions and community singing events.

Additional information

I lead open community singing workshops ranging from an hour to a full day, with songs in different languages which are quick and fun to learn. I believe singing together is an instant way to connect people and help us feel that we have more in common than that which divides us.

I coordinate Stoke Sings which is a programme of regular workshops and events to make singing accessible to as many people in North Staffordshire as possible. This has previously included community singing festivals showcasing diverse local choirs. The events involved workshops open to the public to learn songs to perform as a concert finale involving the audience, with Dealinks BSL Silent Choir (two in-person and one online).
