Songwriter, musician, music producer and voice workshop leader based in the UK. I trained with Frankie Armstrong and Darren Pritchard as a NV workshop leader in 2015 and with Phoene Cave as a Singing or Lung Health Practitioner in 2018. I run regular natural voice sessions in Manchester called ‘Soul Sounds‘ and co-faciliate workshops in nature called ‘Live Wild Soul Sounds‘, combining voice work, community and nature connection. I’ve worked on voice projects with prison inmates, social workers, mental health staff, hospice staff and homeless refugees, amongst other groups.
l also organise events, including ‘Music As Medicine‘, and love exploring and learning about therapeutic uses of sound and music. I’m passionate about bringing communities together through the power of music and dancing. I write, produce, sing and release music with the collective Caulbearers.
I also play tabla and guitar, and collaborate and produce with other artists. Other interests include meditation, Tai Chi and walking.
