Harry Campbell

I teach songs to community singing groups, specialising in unaccompanied folk harmony from around the world, including the American shapenote or Sacred Harp tradition, and am available for workshops and guest choir-leading. I’m especially interested in songs in languages other than English, and in reviving traditions of informal harmony singing among men.

I also perform with various groups, from Muldoon’s Picnic and Crying Lion to Glasgow University Chapel Choir, and I’m one of the founders of Shapenote Scotland.

I live in Glasgow, Scotland, but have been known to travel some distance to sing.
