This song by Andi Jaeger is in „Köllsch“, a German dialect that is spoken in and around Cologne. The expression „ne, war hammert juut“ (in „real German“ this would mean: “Nein, was haben wir es gut”) is used to celebrate good times, especially in the „Karneval“ in February, when the people in Cologne (and some other parts of Germany) dress up and celebrate for 5 days long.
The harmony backing only sings part of this phrase and so it sounds like an African song in the beginning, until the real phrase turns up.
It is from my songbook „Das fängt in deinem Kopf an“.
